This hotel has five steps to the front entrance but there is level access via a slope to the basement which gives access to a large lift which serves all floors. However, all floors are split level and approximately 25% of rooms are accessed via a flight of stairs. The ground floor is also split level but there is a platform lift between levels. There are no ground floor rooms. Please ensure you submit a special requirements form if you have any mobility difficulties which may affect your holiday.
