Itinerary

Day 1 - Outward Travel

Day 2 - Full Day Mull & Iona

We depart Oban by ferry to reach the magical Isle of Mull. Enjoy the scenery of beautiful Mull as we make our way to Fionnphort situated on the very west of the island. From here we board the short ferry crossing as foot passengers to the tiny isle of Iona. Just 1.5 miles wide by 3 miles long, this island is well known across the world as the ‘Cradle of Christianity’. Enjoy some free time to explore and perhaps see the tiny abbey, four iconic high crosses or take a stroll and admire the scenery on this car-free tranquil oasis.

Day 3 - Day at Leisure

Day 4 - Full Day Argyll Coast, Fort William & Glencoe Visitor Centre

We take the beautiful Argyll Coastal route to reach Fort William – the ‘outdoor’ capital of the UK. Marking the end of the West Highland Way, Scotland’s oldest and most popular long distance walk, the town is hive of activity with a range of shops, cafes and eateries. The views over Loch Linnhe are spectacular. On our return journey to Oban we’ll stop off at the Glencoe Visitor Centre – nestled into the spectacular landscape explore the exhibition which tells the stories of this epic region.

Day 5 - Return Travel

Most of our holidays are operated by our own fleet of mostly modern Mercedes luxury coaches, all of which have an on board washroom and are air conditioned. We also work with selected third party coach operators who supplement our own fleet during peak periods. The facilities on third party coaches can vary, but the majority have air conditioning. We are members of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and the Coach Tourism Association – bodies established to encourage standards of excellence in our industry.
