Itinerary

Day 1 - Outward Travel

Day 2 - Liverpool Guided Tour & The Beatles Story

  • Our day begins with a guided Beatles tour of Liverpool, exploring the places that shaped the Fab Four before they became the world’s most famous band. The route includes photo stops at Strawberry Field, Penny Lane, and Paul McCartney’s childhood home, along with Ringo Starr’s childhood neighbourhood in the Dingle area. You will also see John Lennon’s childhood home, Mendips, from the coach. We then pass the Beatles’ former schools and hear stories of their early lives and musical beginnings, with a photo stop at the Beatles statues on the waterfront before continuing to Mathew Street, home of the world-famous Cavern Club, where Liverpool’s Merseybeat story comes to life. The day concludes at The Beatles Story, an immersive exhibition featuring recreated scenes from the band’s career and authentic memorabilia.

Day 3 - Day at Leisure - Liverpool

  • Enjoy a day at leisure exploring Liverpool, discovering world-class museums, shopping at Liverpool ONE, exploring the historic Albert Dock, or relaxing in the city’s cafés and bars—the choice is yours.

Day 4 - Excursion to Chester

  • Discover the medieval city of Chester, a city rich in history and heritage which is evident at every turn. The Roman Amphitheatre, the city walls, and the cathedral are all well worth exploring, as are the independent and high street shops along the iconic ‘Rows’, half-timbered, two-level galleries which are unique in the world to Chester. No one is quite sure why they were built in this way, and some parts date back to the 13th century, surviving the ravages of time and progress to continue contributing to the charm and character of this wonderful city.

Day 5 - Return Travel
